Interpretive Services

Interpretive Services are used to ensure the Human Services Agency (HSA) provides fair and equitable        services to applicants/recipients.

Interpretive Services focus on providing the same level of services to non-English speaking persons and individuals with disabilities as is provided to the applicant/recipient population at large.

Have a phone or in-person interview

The county may ask you for verifications. You will have 10 days to turn in these items. Examples of verifications:

  • Resources
  • Earned Income
  • Shelter Expenses
  • Social Security
  • Identification      
  • Unearned Income
