Service Connect of San Mateo County provides a range of services aimed at supporting former inmates as they re-enter the community. Service Connect is available to individuals who have served sentences for specific low-level offenses, who live or plan to live in San Mateo County, and who are enrolled in Post-Release Community Supervision (PRCS) or who served their sentence in county jails under the 1170h program.
Please check with your Probation Officer to see if you qualify for Service Connect or other re-entry assistance.
